What is a "smart block"?
The Hyperlocal Parcel Model takes into account a rethinking of current Planned Unit Developments (PUDs). By studying granularity, laying infrastructure, breaking down megasites into parcels, then collecting into block units, and then selling to collectives, cities could develop large project sites into incremental, organic neighborhoods. >>>
